France: Fire Near Gare de Lyon in Paris Engulfs Building Under Construction

A fire broke out near Gare de Lyon in the 12th arrondissement of Paris on Tuesday, July 15, engulfing a construction site for the "Messager" building at 65 rue du Charolais.
